Job purpose:
Increase Purnaa sales by managing operations and fulfillment of contract inquiries and Purnaa Collection sales.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1) Work with contract sales manager to respond to new sales inquiries
a) Professionally represent Purnaa and communicate with potential new customers in English through email and phone.
b) Assist customers through initial inquiry process in making a decision to order from Purnaa, while weeding out unprofitable customers.
c) Respond to new sales inquiries that arrive via direct contact or via internet by end of next business day in Nepal and develop a system to respond efficiently to new inquiries
d) Coordinate with the operations team to generate cost estimates and the Project Management team to ensure seamless hand-off of new projects.
e) Tracking sales leads and potential customer information.
2) Manage Wholesale Sales
a) Reply to inquiries with instruction for placing orders through online store
b) Seek out, contact, and follow up with potential customers to generate wholesale orders
c) Communicate with customers who order fulfill their orders
d) Box ordered items, prepare packing list, invoice and request shipment, and supervise fulfillment of wholesale orders
3) Participate in local sales events
a) Research local sales events and suggest good opportunities for Purnaa participation
b) Create display materials and plan for and staff tables at local sales events
4) Research local retail sales opportunities such as “The Local Project” boutique and pursue ways to profitably increase sales in Nepal
5) Manage Purnaa Outlet
a) Open outlet each day by 9am
b) Ensure outlet closed each day after 5pm.
c) Before closing
i) Clean shelves, counters, and floor (sweep and mop); pick up and refold products to keep outlet looking in pristine condition.
ii) Plug in and ensure iPad is charged and working properly
iii) Turn in credit card receipts and reconcile cash with accountant
iv) update WIX inventory system with today’s local outlet sales of exportable items
d) When walk-in customers arrive
i) Meet customers in outlet
ii) welcome customers by greeting them and offer assistance
iii) Advise customers by providing information on products
iv) Help customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions
e) Process payments in the system, process discounts accurately
f) Keep inventory in system. Every three months perform a stock check to ensure system accurate.
g) Display merchandise in professional manger
h) Receive and store new stock
i) Attach price tags to all new inventory and input into square system (except pre-ordered items waiting for export)
ii) Ensure seconds are labeled properly
6) Manage wholesale and outlet stock
a) Study sales patterns and suggest ways to improve sales and when to make additional stock
b) Manage Square system, ensure prices, inventory counts, categories, etc are accurate
Qualifications:
1. Friendly and outgoing, enjoy engaging with people
2. Customer service oriented
3. Excellent English language oral and written communication and cross-cultural communication
4. Highly organized and attentive to detail
5. Excellent computer skills (e-mail, Skype, Word, Excel and others)
6. Self-directed and able to work well with others to get things done
7. 3 years of experience in any related field.
