Create strategies for enhancing company’s market share in advertising
Plan and conduct research for the enhancement of the existing products and new product development
Develop various full-scale project plans and presentation on new opportunities
Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of various marketing projects and activities
Responsible for identifying opportunities in mobile value added services space both within and outside Nepal. The incumbent will also be responsible for carrying out tie ups with mobile operators outside Nepal for providing various Nepali content. \
Responsible for outlining strategies for acquiring rights for musical albums, reality shows, serials etc for mobile and digital platforms

Qualification:
Masters in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
Requirement/ Skills:
Should have strong command over MS-Excel skills
Should possess knowledge of business processes and scenario building skills, what if analytical skills
Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for an organization’s vision and should posses a strong hardworking behavior
Should be able to apply different mindsets while working for different business units
Should create synergies between different business units
Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali
