Act as the principal contact between the Sales Department and potential customers
Sell new vehicles using the Process to meet gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards
Assist customers in determining vehicle needs and completing financing paperwork, where applicable
Build customer loyalty and increases customer satisfaction through professionalism, trustworthiness, sincerity, attitude, and a business-like appearance during every customer experience
Maximize sales from an appropriate mix of business development activity and existing owner retention
Enthusiastically promote and be an advocate of the brand
