· Act as the principal contact between the Sales Department and potential customers
· Assist customers in determining vehicle needs and completing financing paperwork, where applicable
· Follow up with customers on their inquiries. Give crisp and useful guidelines to customers for selecting vehicles.
· Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, resolving customer concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate
1. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali
2. Have knowledge of automobile industry and has customer service experience will be an added advantage
3. Ability to work under pressure
4. Excellent listening skills with attention to details
5. Analytical and problem solving attitude
