·Prepare various types of sales proposal, quotations, contracts, correspondences, reports and meeting minutes.
·Maintain data related to sales department.
·Liaise with clients and get feedback about the proposals / quotations submitted to them.
·Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working independent.
·Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
·Take regular update on tender notices.
·Graduate in management stream or equivalent. BBA Preferable.
·1+ years of relevant work experience.
·Smart and pleasing personality.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
·Well versed in MS office package.
·Outspoken, flexible, cooperative and trustworthy.
·Able to handle pressure with limited supervision.
