Job Description

Sales Consultant- Biratnagar Showroom

Act as the principal contact between the Sales Department and potential customers
Sell new vehicles using the Quality Care Sales Process to meet gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards and assigned sales target.
Assist customers in determining vehicle needs and completing financing paperwork, where applicable
Build customer loyalty and increases customer satisfaction through professionalism, trustworthiness, sincerity, attitude, and a business-like appearance during every customer experience
Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, resolving customer concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate
Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
