Job Description

  1. Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  2. Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets
  3. Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
  4. Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
  5. Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
  6. Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
  7. Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
  8. Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
  9. Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
  10. Trains other sales people in the art of selling
  11. Makes sure that all salespeople meet quota during a given period.
