Job Description

• Located in the store, this role has direct responsibility for the successful running of the Featherlite store. The person will ensure compliance with agreed guidelines to deliver a best in class experience & ensure store revenue & cost targets are met. 

Job Specification

• • Greet the customers with good smile & etiquettes.
  • Making sure the showroom floor runs smoothly 
  • Meet the store's monthly targets and handle budgets
  • Train the junior staff
  • Deal with any enquiries and complaints and monitor customer service
  • Serve customers as needed
  • Check that the products you sell are  well displayed
  • Managing deliveries & packaging
  • Evaluate competition by visiting competing stores and  gathering information.
  • Promote Sales by demonstrating products to customers
