Job Description :

Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs
Identifying new clients, collecting leads or details of housing & apartment from feild
Preparing Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) and follow up for contract renewals with clients approaching expiry
Managing meetings with housing side and preparing proposal
Provide bulk sales activity report to supervisor on a daily basis
Coordinating for installation & expansion with concerned branch & department
Maintaining required records and dealing with dues issues of clients
Other task assigned by supervisors

Basic Requirement :

Minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing field
Excellent communication skills both in English and Nepali
Good presentation, convincing and negotiation skills
Team-player, polite & pleasing personality
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Application
Should be able to work under pressure and with targets and willing to work during odd hours
Possession of two wheeler and a driving license is a must
Having zeal to learn and work under pressure.
1 year of experience will be advantage.
