Retail managers are responsible for looking after over all organizational activities. Should be able to lead team of 15-20 employees independently.
Responsibilities:
Look after very aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock and resources management.
Promoting and marketing of overall business
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Overseeing pricing and stock control
Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing;
maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets
Preparing promotional materials and displays
Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning;
