Candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
Min 2-3 yrs experience in Food & Beverage as a Manager; must have prior experience in a star-rated hotel
Thorough knowledge of service standards and operations to be able to benchmark opening of a new venue
Flexible with schedule and a hands-on operational leader
Must possess a, keen eye to detail and ensure the Department conforms to established standards
Must have strong food & beverage product knowledge
This position requires exceptional planning, communication and co-ordination skills. The role will also involve negotiations, handling obstacles and problem solving
Min 2-3 years of prior Sales and/or Events Management Experience within a 4-5 star hotel
Candidate must have the ability to recognize and anticipate client's expectations as well as selling techniques to drive increased sales
