Job Description

Education

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent in international development studies, gender/women’s studies, economics, political science, international relations, social sciences, communications, business management or related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in resource mobilization, donor relation, communications/ advocacy and/or business development;
  • Proven expertise in the area of gender equality and women’s empowerment;
  • Experience working with government, donors, development partners, civil society and UN;
  • Experience on designing and delivering capacity development sessions.

Language

  • Excellent command of written and oral English.
