Job Description
The position requires for the applicant to be able to manage the entire operations of a 20-25 room Jungle resort hotel in Chitwan
Primary responsibilities of a Person In-charge are:
Take care of the entire guest stay and ensure every guest has a great experience.
Oversee and Coordinate all activities as well as be able to lead clients/groups on all activities.
Oversee the entire Resort premise and assets
Oversee the entire operation of the Resort
Oversee conferences and events
Manage a team of 15-30 people
Should be able to consistently meet targets and goals
Ensuring smooth operation of all departments
Effectively resolving guest complains
Completing required paperwork
Conducting regular and timely reporting
Carrying out Marketing and Sales Activities
Being a local representative for the company
