Job Description
Planning, Monitoring and supervision of construction work activities.
Resident Engineer shall work within the authorization given by the Team Leader to represent project team in front of the Client at the Project Site.
Managing and coordinating all activities within the site team.
Prepare the project plan, implementation schedule and tracking the project progress.
Recommend on project poor components for the suitable action to the team leader.
Assist the team leader in developing quality and cost control for the project.
Visits work fronts to assess the progress and to ensure the work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure the appropriate records maintained and evaluate them in quality and other important aspects of construction compliance, deviations and possible corrective methods to the team leader.
Ensure projects are adequately resourced at the site.
Monitor staff utilization levels and ensure staffs are fully utilized.
Reporting progress of the works weekly to the team leader.
Reporting performance of the Project Site team.
