Job Description

The Research Officer will support the Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation (MMS) project by conducting research activities aimed at assessing the impact of micronutrient supplementation on public health outcomes. The officer will be involved in designing, implementing, and analyzing research related to micronutrient deficiencies, supplementation strategies, and their effects on populations, particularly vulnerable groups such as pregnant women, children, and individuals in underserved communities. The role will involve data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as collaboration with various stakeholders including research teams, healthcare providers, and local communities.

Organization Summary

This unique program provides free vision screenings and prescription eyeglasses to students living in poverty in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Ohio.
