Job Description

Relationship Manager / Officer : Officer / Junior Officer / Supervisor / Senior Assistant – Few
- Location: Branches in Province 1 to 7 including remote areas branches.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Officer Level: Officer/ Junior Officer
- Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Management from a recognized university or equivalent with minimum 2nd Division or CGPA above 2.5
- Experience: Minimum 4 years’ of experience for Officer and minimum of 3 years’ experience for Junior Officer in a Financial Institutions preferably in the area of Credit Relationship, Credit Appraisal Writing and sales of banking products and services.

Assistant Level: Supervisor/ Senior Assistant
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Management from a recognized university or equivalent with minimum 2nd Division or CGPA above 2.5
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years’ experience for Supervisor/ Senior Assistant and Assistant in a Financial Institutions preferably in the area of Credit Relationship, Credit Appraisal Writing and sales of banking products and services.

  • Age not exceeding 35 years for Supervisor / Senior Assistant and Assistant as of 5th January 2022.
  • Preference shall be given to the candidates from local / surrounding area in case of placement in Branches.
  • Only short listed candidates will be called for further processes of selection.
