Job Description

Checking, verifying, and processing warranty claims
Liaise with Technical Services Dept. on all warranty claim parts, visit customers to investigate and assess parts quality issues and complaints
Preparation of parts bulletin circulation for product improvement & new product line items announcement to customers, branches & Service Dept.
Monitoring the movements of all warranty parts submitted to suppliers and ensuring replacements are done within the stipulated time frame.
A random sampling of incoming Spare Parts to ensure consistency of product quality.

Job Specification

Hands on experience in the Spare Parts field or Automotive Industry would be added advantage, however local freshers with undergraduate degree are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with working experience as Automotive Technician an added advantage
Computer literate with proficiency in MS office applications: MS word / MS excel
