- Responsible for strategic leadership; results-based programming of Disaster Risk Reduction, Emergency Preparedness and Response, Sustainable Livelihoods and Community led action for Governance and Justice themes.
- Responsible for ensuring dignity and justice, compassion and commitment, inclusion and diversity, transparency and accountability, gender justice, climate justice and environmental sustainability as a core commitment across LWF Nepal, implementing partners and communities.
- Should have strategic and analytical perspective about sustainable development on above-mentioned themes with the clear understanding on lasting impact on the lives of rights holders
- Should have solid expertise on human rights based approach to development, fund raising/project development, results based PME system, capacity building and institutional development of community institution.
- Should have good knowledge about human resources management, financial management, and maintaining efficient administration and strong team building.
- Should possess excellent command in writing and speaking in English and Nepali languages.
- Good knowledge and experiences of other languages of the mid/far west regions and IT skills would be added advantages.
