Coordinate with the General Manager, Service Heads, Sales Divisions Heads, Store Manager and Finance/Account Manager regarding proper/timely processing, handing-over of goods and receivables
Monitoring and handling technical complains of dealers from Kathmandu Region
Able to develop service business plan and departmental objectives
Review and analyze performance of team members against the target and bring skill development training programs
Ensure standard service process of working is being followed in workshop and dealer service centers
Ensure all dealership service-related targets are achieved as per plan
Should be able to look at operation at macro perspective
Able to guide service team and give them proper direction
Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems
Oversee administration of warranty claims.
Maintains reporting systems required by general management
Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks
Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level through effective services and repairs
Job Specification
At least 3 - 4 years of experience in a service management or assistant service management role is required ideally in 2 wheeler industry
Should be able to look at operation at macro perspective
Must have computer proficiency
Must have valid driving license
