Job Description

• Collaborates with Country Manager in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goal for the company.
• Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet company objective.
• Visits different sectors like Hotels, Banks, Resorts, Hospitals and various others within that area and generate sales.
• Approach various outlets, suitable shops (hardware/ electrical/showroom) to make more and more dealers.
• Generate ideas for the brand promotion like finding out places for Hoarding boards, TV Ad, FM Ad, Newspaper Ad etc.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue stream.
• Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
• Report on a daily basis to Country Manager regarding the daily updates of sales, exceed in a number of dealers etc.

Job Specification

• Bachelor Degree.
• Preferable 2 years of experience in handling sales & marketing division on managerial position Knowledge of Products, Negotiation & Convincing skills
• Soft-spoken, good command over written & spoken English & Nepali Language.
• Having Own Vehicle preferred.
