Required qualification and experience:
• Master degree in management or any relevant field
• Experience of 7 years in management position; preferably in international organisations
• Experience in supervising a multi-dimensional team with a solution oriented attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good negotiation skills and a good team player
• Excellent Nepali and English language skills (verbal and written)
