Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop strong relationship and effective communication between Company and Employee.
Grievance handling from employees from different branch, problem solving and escalate to concerned department.
Prepare HR related documents like, contract papers, termination letter, role change papers etc.
Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors on human resource and work related issues
Monitor employee daily attendance.
Maintain proper record of employee leave.
Update employee database and ensure proper record keeping.
Standby in case of for any emergency occurs during operations of Branch and Mid- Hilly Region

Skills and Knowledge:

Effective verbal and listening communication’s skills
Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing programs at a proficient level
Effective written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports
Should have positive attitude
