Recruitment Specialist Mid Level

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the screening and testing of potential applicants

• Manage all recruitment advertising including posting, updating and monitoring ads for both HLE Sydney and Nepal

• Maintain contact with recruitment candidates including initial phone screening, invites to interviews, follow up conversations and info night invitations

• Assist in the development of assessments/exams

• Conducting reference check for HLE Nepal

• Conducting resume searches for suitable candidates (Seek Premium, Indeed, Linked In)

• Conduct outbound phone calls for prospective candidates for Broker roles and other roles as needed

• Respond to messages in HLE Facebook page in regards to hiring

• Update Career Page on HLE Nepal’s website

• Providing timely feedback to candidates and maintaining google drive for recruitment

• Prepare and Post open positions in job portals

• Prepare offer letters for candidates

• Other duties as needed
