Planning and directing recruitment and selection processes.

Prepare Job description and Job Specification as per client requirements.

Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, for example newspapers, websites, magazines

Co-odinating with team of HR.

Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work

Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client

Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;

Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
Job Specification :

Bachelors Degree
-
At least 1-2 years of experience in related field. (Fresher can apply)

Must have knowledge about excel, words and powerpoint.

Must have smart personality.
