Preparation of vacancy sample and posting in job portal.
Coordinating with placement agencies for Resumes.
Arranging vacancy advertisement in newspaper.
Create the folder of each CV's received and maintain the database of each CV's in department wise in the system.
Screening and shortlisting the Resumes.
Sending shortlisted Resume to concerned Dept. Head.
Conducting Telephonic Interview with the candidates.
Preparation of Candidate Comparison Sheet.
Scheduling of Interviews.
Maintaining and updating the interview tracking sheet daily after the initial interview is done and sent report daily to HR Head.
Maintain the pool of database in soft and hard copy of quality candidates as future reference and backup plan.
Sending rejection email to all rejected candidates.
Verifying MRF before initiating any recruitment process.
Preparation of Manpower Requisition Memo as & when required.
Reference and Background checking of candidates.
Weekend Intro of employees.
Other jobs as and when assigned by HoD.
Job Specification
3 years of experience in full cycle talent management
Experience searching for candidates with executive, professional and technical expertise.
Experience in screening and interviewing candidates via telephone and in person to assess candidate skills, experience, education, fit with organizational culture and other characteristics necessary to fill positions
