Jagdamba Motors Pvt. Ltd - Recent Job Vacancy Nepal - Recovery Officer (Case Heavy Equipment)

Keep client's files and information updated. Maintain Machine, sales order and Billing.
Follow up with clients for debtor’s collection as per due date and maturity date.
Black List, bank visit, and a site visit to repose the machine.
Prepare statements to be given to credit departments and banks when customers fail to meet their payment agreements or when no payment agreement can be made.
Write letters to credit agencies, insurance companies, lawyers, and customers’ employers to collect debt without the customer’s aid.
Assist in developing guidelines for special recovery projects that were initiated from time to time.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Must have computer skills (Microsoft Office applications experience-MS Excel/Word)
Proficient in Nepali typing
