Job Description

  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries.
  • Handle Visitors.
  • Redirects calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
  • Maintain general filing system and file all correspondence.
  • Prepare Minutes, Letters, Memo.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Handle all receptionist and secretarial related work.
