Job Description

 

  1. Bachelor running or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or related roles.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Customer-focused attitude, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  8. Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
