- Handling telephone calls and emails
- Follow up agents by phone calls.
- Keep record of daily visitors.
- Provide agent location to customer when needed.
- Scanning & Drafting important letters.
- Customer Handling.
- Receive Courier Documents & Bills.
- Provide administrative services when needed.
Job Specification
- Experience required: 2 years in related field
- Qualification: Intermediate level
- Specific requirement: Knowledge of MS Office Candidates with secretarial course preferred
