· Coordinating appointments, showings, open houses and meetings
· Promoting properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
· Developing marketing plans for listings
· Maintaining and managing client databases
· Responding to emails and phone calls
· Updating & administrating websites and social media profiles
· Comparing properties to determine a competitive market price
· Finding potential clients to buy, sell, and rent properties
· Generating lists of properties for sale/rent, including details such as location and features
· Mediating negotiations between the buyer and seller
· Preparing documents, such as lease contracts
· Prepare viewing and showing schedule of properties.
· Maintain relationship with agents and clients
· Closing deals
