Various test analysis and sample reporting as per the company as well as Nepal Standard
Maintaining Samples
a. Raw material
b. Finished good
c. Water
d. Furnace oil
Record keeping – Tracker for Raw Material and Finished Goods
Coordination for ISO, TQM, and other developmental activities
Provide training to resources related to Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities
Thorough knowledge of ISO process to handle and implement
Raw material – Take control of the raw material which is being received in the factory and check with the parameter and provide an inspection report as required for quality assurance
Finished Goods management – Inspect and handover the Finished Goods to dispatch after production
Field inspection – Take control of the Finished goods and proper inspection before the dispatch of the FG
Handling customer complaints – Take utmost care of the customer complaints and resolve them with proper solution
Coordinate with Nepal Standard for sample verification and documentation and audit.
Candidate with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Steel or cement industry who has been with the QC department. Education BSC Chemistry / B.E Mechanical or masters degree. Prefer Nepali candidates / who can speak the Nepali language.
