Job Description

HESTER BIOSCIENCES NEPAL PRIVATE LIMITED: Manufacturing / Pharmaceuticals / Biotech Plant

Position: Quality Assurance Officer - 1

Responsibilities:

  1. Distribution and Control of SOP, Log sheet, BMR & Formats used in production and Q.C
  2. Maintaining accountability of all distributed documents
  3. Archiving of documents
  4. To review standard operating procedure
  5. Review of Batch Documents – Manufacturing and Packing Record, Specification and MOA (Method of Analysis)
  6. Review of Change control, Deviation Control, Incident reports, Non-conformances, Investigations, OOS (Out of Specification), CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action) in consultation with QA Head
  7. Coordination for Internal audits
  8. Preparation of Protocols and Master Plans
  9. Ensuring Self-inspections are being conducted as per the planned schedule
  10. In process quality assurance of production and QC department
  11. To assist QA Head for technical and audit compliance

Education and Experience:

  • Pharmacy Graduate

  • Priority for candidates having prior experience in QA Department however fresher can also apply.

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
