Job Description

Position: Quality Assurance Officer-1

Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Total responsibility for Quality Assurance

  • Development and proper record keeping of documents

  • Development of relevant SOPs

  • Knowledge of GMP and e GMP

  • Responsible for development and coordination with other departments regarding quality requirements.

  • Communicate and coordinate with the Engineering, Production, Logistics and Commercial divisions of the company on joint opportunities regarding the overall quality needs and execution for all projects.

  • Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues

  • Monitor all operations that affect quality

  • Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output

  • Report all malfunctions to higher authorities to ensure immediate action

  • Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data

  • Review current standards and policies

  • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • B. Pharma

  • Priority for candidates having prior experience

Work Location:

  • Nala, Ugrachandi, Kavre
