Job Description
This is an entry level role to develop and implement test plans for testing of various business applications, integrations and products/ features to ensure quality assurance of NCHL’s in-house and other systems. He/ She shall be responsible for manual and/or automated testing through various testing tools with engagements for assisting business & system requirements gathering and deployments by interacting with developers/ vendors and end users.
Job Specification
At least University degree in Engineering/ Science/ IT or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in software testing/ QA, application implementations with good knowledge of web/ mobile applications, relational databases and operating systems.
Exposure in manual and automated testing of front end, bank end and interfaces of banking/financial/payment systems preferred, with sound knowledge on Web Services, XML, Message Queue, FTP, financial messaging and encryption technology.
Ability to develop and execute test scenarios to ensure delivered work meets requirements.
Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment is crucial.

Electronic Cheque Clearing (NCHL-ECC) System provides means to electronically transfer cheque images through a secure medium thus completely replacing the traditional physical routine of moving paper-cheques among the banks and clearing house, which has resulted in significant reduction of tedious and time consuming manual process of cheque clearing, both for the banks and for the customers.
