Position : Psychosocial Health Facilitators (3 positions, 2 North and 1 South)
The main purpose of these roles is to ensure that psychosocial support and trauma healing activities in the Dhading Response Programme (DRP) are implemented properly and according to schedule, and comply with effective best practice by providing oversight, technical advice, training, coaching and other capacity building support to UMN partners staff and local beneficiaries.
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related discipline • 2 years experience in grassroots education or rural programmes • Knowledge of Nepal’s health system, policies and guidelines • Knowledge of mental health, psychosocial issues and the helping process • Experience of effective project management • Good communication skills in both Nepali and English languages
