Support PM to manage implementation of project in field level jointly with consortium partners in line with the proposal strategies and donor requirements; along with work jointly with GIEN lead and PIN SJP GIEN officers and related project team members for scaling up GIEN and related interventions
Establish and ensure good partnership with key partners and stakeholders in the implementation in Province and district level
Support PM to lead on adaptative management and facilitation approach within the project
Support PM to ensure systematic and effective capturing of sector-specific results including programmatic outputs/outcomes and longer-term impact through sound M&E mechanisms
Engage with PM to provide timely feedback to the programme team determining programmatic adaptations/modifications in response where appropriate;
Ensure proper risk mapping of project activities and implement mitigation measures; including the sound Safeguarding strategy and risks analysis at field level;
Coordinate closely with other SESP and education implementing agencies and including SAVE, UNICEF, NDWA, NCE, ALN, Government of Nepal, and/or any other stakeholders in field level

Requirements
Master's degree in education, social science/work, rural development, or relevant field, with at least 3 years of demonstrated work experience or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of work experience with an I/NGO in the following areas:
Knowledge and engagement / implementation of SESP ad ReAL, inclusive education, engagement in provincial AIN, clusters and relevant forums, working/handling CSOs and partnership skills will be value added
Knowledge of working modality with MUAN, NARMIN, province-level GIEN, SMC and PTA federations and their mobilization
Technical capacities to implement inclusive education methodologies and approaches and mobilization including strengthening of CSOs, Transparency and accountability of education plans across Local Government (LGs)
Proven experience in Girls and Inclusive Education Network across three tiers/school
Local language proficiency (Bajika, Bhojpuri, Maithili, Tharu) will be a plus.
