Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Business or Public Administration, or related fields. A first-level university degree in combination with required qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
 Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in proposal and/or grant writing required, preferably within a services-based organization;
Demonstrated experience in proposal writing, preferably with donors, UN agencies and other major donors within the development sector;
Experience with international organizations or public institutions is also considered an asset.
Highly accurate with strong attention to detail when handling information;
Computer literate, in particular MS Word, Excel and Power Point is required.
Language
Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of Nepali is an asset.
