Project Team Lead (Deputy Director Level) — One, Based in Kathmandu
The Project Team Lead is responsible to lead DFID funded "Addressing unmet need for Family Planning among excluded and vulnerable women in Nepal" project through outreach and MS Ladies service delivery channel and provide support to the government in building capacity of their service providers. S/he is also responsible for conducting advocacy and research related to the project. The Project Team Lead will be responsible to achieve operational excellency through timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
Minimum Requirement:
Master's Degree in Public Health or relevant discipline with proven experience of developing and implementing different project models, marketing, demand generation strategies and products targeted at different levels. At least six (6) years' experience in planning, delivery and assessment of field level project activities (involving multiple locations). Prior experience of working in DFID projects would be a plus point.
