Job Description
Direct and lead projects,and at the same timemanageand direct Project Coordinator and Project Sales Executive and Supervisor.
Meet and increase the sales target.
Prepare quotation and quotationfor the projects for PVC,CPVC, Bolan and any other products under Mangalam group.
Good rapport with the contractor, Architects, Construction and Housing Companies, Government Offices( Bhawan Bibhag) for upcoming projects and dealing with them.
Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
Analyse the market and generate demand of the products.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper service.
