Job Title : Project Officers x 1 (National Position)
Contract Length : One Year Fix Term Contract
Location : Sindhuli District Locations
Major Responsibilities and Tasks:
Rl. Program planning and Implementation
1.1 Support in preparing the annual plan, program plans and budget of district/s in consultation with partners and communities ensuring gender and social inclusion.
1.2 Support community groups and partners in the implementation of program activities.
1.3 Use Rights Based Approach (RBA), GED and governance principles for overall programming in the district/s.
1.4 Support to conduct district level assessments, surveys, case studies related to livelihood improvement of marginalized groups jointly with partners, program managers and program coordinator.
1.6 Assist in organizing community/ group level and site base level trainings, workshops and cross visits focusing on WASH, Livelihoods, DRR, and Masonry Training components under shelter.
1.7 Provide support to the local partners to arrange appropriate orientation and training program for community leaders, groups in consultation with DDC.
R2. Monitoring and Reporting
3.1 Provide Technical support and monitoring of overall programs activities at field level in consultation with program coordinator and other staff for effective as well as smooth implementation of program activities.
3.2 Contribute in district team to develop participatory monitoring and evaluation system.
3.3 Prepare and submit district/s reports to Program Coordinator and other related Program Manager ensuring desired qualities.
3.4 Compile, synthesize and maintain field level program related information and other relevant data.
3.5 Prepare and submit a monthly plan and report to the Program Coordinator detailing plans and progress each month..
