Position 1 : Project Officer(Finance) - Hygiene promotion through immunization in Nepal

Position Description:
The officer will be expected to contribute to, assist and support the successful design, delivery and evaluation of the project to pilot hygiene promotion through routine immunization, implemented in collaboration between the Nepal Ministry of Health and WaterAid. The officer will provide robust financial administration and management for the project. The officer is also required to provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and ensure timely support to CHD/EPI to conduct key coordination and technical support activities. The role will require the individual to develop strong and productive working relationships with government counterparts (at Central, Regional and Districts level), WaterAid Nepal and UK teams, and other Health and WASH sector stakeholders for the effective delivery of the project.
Position 2: Finance Officer (maternity cover)

Reports to: Senior Finance Officer
Position Description:
The officer will be responsible for the following functions of WaterAid Nepal. Overall payment process, transaction posting in financial software, tax deposit & verification, maintain good filling system of financial records, support in monthly finance closure, custodian of cash and cheque books, handle petty cash, support in internal and external audit etc. This position is mainly based in WAN county office but there may be occasional requirement of travel to the partners’ offices, and project sites.
