PROJECT OFFICER (M&E AND GESI)
About the role
We are looking for a competent Project Officer to provide monitoring, evaluation and learning expertise in the change ambition “resilience that protects”. We are building resilience into the lives of people threatened by natural and climate related hazards, reducing vulnerability and minimising the impact on their lives and livelihoods. You will be based in one of our field offices. Practical Action’s strategic intent to 2030 aims to work together to help people solve really difficult development problems in our change ambition areas, including by inspiring change at a large scale which is sustainable after we have finished our work with them. Gender and social inclusion is one of the key cross cutting areas in this.
About you
You are experienced and credible in contributing monitoring, evaluation and learning expertise in project cycle management and in ensuring quality delivery. You are confident in coordinating with the projects for gender and social inclusion sensitive MEL plan and its implementation including credible data management. You will provide thought expertise for effective utilization of data at project/ programme levels. You are confident in building relationships with local government stakeholders and community actors for effective utilization of data and learning.
