Bachelor's Degree in one of the streams like agriculture, animal husbandry, rural development, social work, agri-business is required. Minimum of 3 years of work experience required in project implementation and coordination in field. Experience in the field of agricultural extension, value chain development, working with government and for an NGO would be a plus. Experience in participatory action planning and local stakeholders' engagement, monitoring projects and collecting relevant data will be preferred
