Qualification and Competencies:
Bachelors in Public Health or Nursing or equivalent,2-3 years of working experience in managing donor funded FP program, a demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships with government staff, HFOMC staff and health volunteers at community level, good interpersonal communications skills, English and Nepali (knowledge of local language will be an asset), ability to work as a team player, self-management skills, and willingness to travel in remote areas of district.
Duty Station: In one of the four districts (Sarlahi, Rautahat, Udaypur, Sunsari)
