Position: Project Monitoring Officer
Level: D2
Duration: Fixed term contract till 31 March 2022 with possibility of extension
Requirement: 2 (1-Rautahat; 1-Kanchanpur)
Location: Kathmandu until 30 August 2021 then Rautahat or Kanchanpur with travel in the Province and Occasionally to Kathmandu
The Role
The Project Monitoring Officer will steer the partnership assessment process for monitoring and contribute to the development of monitoring and learning capacity of partners in line with project plans and will strengthen the ability of projects to articulate achievements, challenges, and learnings in a spirit of mutual accountability.

The Project Monitoring Officer will require to be exceptional, dedicated, and highly motivated professional, with a strong commitment to Oxfam's values and beliefs with the following qualification and competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline related to Development Studies/ Social Sciences (Master’s degree desirable).
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in an I/NGO.
Experience in building capacity of personnel and organization.
Proven knowledge of computerised systems; high degree of computer literacy and word processing and spreadsheet/Excel skills.
Experience of gathering, analyzing, and presenting quantitative and qualitative data.
Ability to analyse, network, and communicate complex information to a wide range of stakeholders.
Demonstrates creativity in seeking better ways to work and shares with team while promoting high standards.
Proven team leadership and proven track record in achieving great team performance and sound ability to work together with others and independently as required.
