Assuring the mobilization/recruitment of monthly Batch, composed of young women (18 to 24 years old) coming from excluded backgrounds and of remote areas of Nepal. A batch may vary from 15 to 20 depending on the Capacity of the Green Village.
Develop and insure the Mobilization Strategy of Green Village: community mobilization, Youth mobilization, partnership mobilization, social media mobilization.
Organization and follow-up of the arrival of new batches of Youth
Support for the organization of Training 4 Youth (T4Y)
Follow-up and reporting to mobilization partners
Partnership Development
Prospecting, visits and meetings with new mobilization partners (VTP, livelihood colleges, NGOs, schools)
Presentation of LP4Y in the various mobilization centers and assistance in filling the application forms
Writing and negotiation of MOU
Sharing the LP4Y Pedagogy through Training of Trainers (TOT):
Prospecting, visits and meetings with new mobilization partners (VTP, livelihood colleges, NGOs, schools)
Travel and explore areas of Nepal with high mobilization potential and teach, inform and develop the network of mobilization partners.
Drafting and negotiation of MOUs, creation of new supports for TOT, management of TOT training, follow-up of trainers trained during TOT sessions
Coaches & Training Support:
Supporting the Coaches and involving in the training specially during the guidance and Micro company tasks

Life in Community [mandatory] : Housing (personal room with common space to share with others volunteers) and basic food on site is provided.
Final pay will be paid through check/bank transfer on the 25th of each month.
Will be taken in charge by LP4Y of your expenses if you need to travel as and when required for Project Purpose.

Working Schedule:
Working time : about 40h/week
Work days : Monday to Friday based on 8 hours/day
Holidays : 2 days / month + 8 days blank holidays
