Job Description
Responsibilities:
Installation and Commissioning of new beverage lines at identified locations
Providing effective coordination, communication, facilitation, and other supportive conditions to achieve the project timelines with various consultants, agencies and internal stakeholders
Co-ordination for conducting due-diligence and environmental impact assessment as per company policy and regulatory requirements
Apply, follow-up and obtain all statutory clearances (Pre-construction, during, Post-construction) for setting up new lines
Develop and establish management routines, communication protocols between all the stakeholders who are responsible for project deliverables
Work closely with other departments like Finance, Legal, Procurement & Supply Chain team for negotiation & buying of right equipment
Provide technical inputs to Architects, Engineering Consultants & OEM
Plan & track on-site project activities on day to day basis and keep recording the activity status on daily basis during project life span
Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders, advances, contracts, scheduled payments, technical acceptance certificates to all suppliers
Track budgets for capital investments on continuous basis from concept to closure of the project
Co-ordination of manpower recruitment, capability development of team and organise the on-site training program and develop a plan for ramp up of line
Any other which will be needed during project period as asked by investors and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
Bachelor in Engineering or Manufacturing
Project Management Professional (PM P) Certification
More than 20 year's work experience, Production line installation experience is must to have
Expert in Project Planning and Management
Advance Skills in Engineering, Manufacturing & Financial Management
Working knowledge of MS Office applications, MS Projects and AutoCAD
Excellent Analytical ability
An understanding of organizational change processes
Proven high levels of integrity
