Project Leader - Livestock & Farming (Lamjung)
Functions:
Act as Head of the Farming project of Slisha within WAWCAS program in accordance with Slisha objectives, policies and procedures. Train and supervise the TA and the WAWCAS groups to develop and maintain accountability in the farming program. As a Project Leader of the farming program, this position will closely work with TA, LPLs, TL and interact with PM, and PD to promote consistency throughout the program.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in livestock plus three years of experience, including one year in a supervisory capacity.
Excellent in social mobilization skill. Ability and willingness to travel extensively and live in rural areas. Good understanding and sensitivity for poverty, social and ethnic issues and willingness to work in flexible schedules.
