Job Description

Shtrii Shakti (S2) is a women-led Non Government Development Institution established in 1991 by a nucleus of development professionals, activists, researchers and programme implementers. S2 has worked extensively in project design, implementation, technical contingency planning, advocacy, networking, monitoring and evaluation in Nepal. S2 is looking for:

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION AND MONITORING OFFICER

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree preferably in Social Sciences.
  • Minimum two years experience in development sector.
  • Proficient in conducting and facilitating meetings, training, and report writing
  • Experienced in monitoring and evaluation, including the development of indicators and tools to measure progress and impact.
  • Willing to travel to project districts, especially in the earthquake affected regions and far western districts of Nepal.
  • Fluent in English and Nepali with good interpersonal skills, innovative with good problem solving skills and strategic planner for sustainability.
