Position: Project Engineer/ Technical Specialist

Number of requirement: 1.
This position requires native Nepali language skills in both writing and speaking and it is basically focused for local people of Nepal
Main responsibility areas:
Responsible for project management including:

Low to Moderate - Complexity project management
-
Lead projects with minimal assistance of Sr. Project Manager
-
Scope, requirement management
-
Project Risk Management
-
E2E responsibility of project execution
-
Enforce processes and policies in projects
-
Manage the change control process
-
Track the progress of the projects
-
Facilitate agreement on project objectives and delivery schedules with stakeholders
-
Take the initiative to identify and resolve issues with reference to the plan, costs, timescales and resources before they impact the progress of the project
-
Provide regular and effective reports to senior management

Your qualification and experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or science
-
Minimum 2 years of experience as Project Engineer or Project Analyst
-
Experience from business decision processes
-
Operating effectively in a large, complex, matrix organizational structure
Your profile:

Good understanding of running projects
-
Good understanding of project management skills
-
Successfully managed the problem resolution situations of a project with limited complexity
-
Led projects using phase-gate style project reviews
-
Excellent interpersonal skills
-
Exhibit basic familiarity with available methods, procedures, standards, tools, and equipment associated with own area of specialization and make correct choices from alternatives
-
Ability to analyze, diagnose, design, plan, execute and evaluate work to time, cost and quality targets
-
Facilitate team members for continuous improvement
-
Able to modify self-perception and behavior based on feedback from others
-
Good knowledge of MS Office
-
Excellent interpersonal skills
-
Good communication skills in both English and Nepali
